Apartment RJ, in Alfafar

A new design and acting on wet areas was the main request of this project of our clients Juan & Rosario, a nice couple from Alfafar.

They needed a functional and welcoming home that would stand out for a simple, practical design and quite a lot of storage room.

A whole new interior design gave rise to a warm and sophisticated space.

The kitchen was completely refurbished with a very practical design that includes a large counter. All furnites have been tailor-made, creating a whole with contrasting modern details in white and chocolate colour. Silestone counter fits perfectly with the flooring, providing this place its own style.

The kitchen was also equiped with fibre sink added under the countertop, with a unique bosom, so we decided to add a high water tap that would help washing larger tools. We also added roll up shades in the kitchen windows, obviously using fire-resistant material for these ones.

Wood has been kept as original searching for a column formed by oven and microwave. In the meantime, we fit up a large space for family meetings, which is integratd in the own kitchen.

Tiling as a basement, with a stainless steel piece as ending, allows, therefore, a fluent transition amongst different materials.

We aimed a functional and elegant design for bathrooms, following the same line of pale colours with exceptional conrtasts in furnitures and other items.

As for the resto of decorations, it is simple but with a special touch.
