Fuente del Oro Residential, in Náquera

Fuente del Oro Residential has been built in a rectangular corner smallholding located in the town of Naquera. It has an excellent location, as the street is very quiet, with its own access monitoring and surrounded by several high quality state developments.

Regarding architectural conceiving, we focused on a dynamic approach of the façade and combination of recycled materials for facing.

The project includes a large central place with gardening and a swimming pool, part of an interesting landscaping point of view, which also contains the common areas.

The residential offers apartments and several duplex. Flats have 2 or 3 bedrooms and the attics also have a private solarium.
