Remodeling MD, in Beniarjó

Our goal at this remodelling was giving back brightness to this single family house located in Beniarjó.

A 210m2 house divided in two floors, in need of a full intervention to be restored, as it looked quite outdated and it was badly distributed according to the new needs.

Before remodelling, this house had a classic and ordinary style. With a pale façade, dark gable roof and two floors, this place also had one front porch and a terrace.

Maintaining the assignment of a large living-dining room where the owners would welcome visits and spend most time, we tried to make bedrooms and toilet fluently connected.

We designed built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms and relocated space to gain an ensuite bathroom and a large dressing room for the main bedroom. Refurbishing this last one, besides, focused specially on light and relocation of space, meanwhile the remaining rooms get as well great natural light, due to the chosen jinery.

The kitchen, an open but independent space, is introduced as a practical and comfortable space, where white furnitures matches the wood table and cement for flooring.
