This project has been a special challenge, and that is why we have had the collaboration of the Cespedes Arquitectura studio . We started from a premises intended for commercial use, which through segregation and change of use, has been transformed into two very special homes, with a contemporary design and fully equipped.

Starting from an original open plan premises, the idea of ​​two small charming places arose, dividing the initial space in two, a space began to be designed where access is through an outdoor terrace that has everything necessary to enjoy the climate of this beautiful city. Access to the interior of the house is through large access windows that illuminate the entire house without depriving the interior of privacy, since a concealment solution has been incorporated so that from the outside you cannot see what is happening inside. the House.

In the kitchen area we find a central island that serves the sink and to which is attached a wing that forms the large dining table. The front bench has what is necessary to finish completing the kitchen, and not only that, but it also has access doors to the bedroom and bathroom, completely integrated with the entire front of the kitchen.

The bedroom also has an access door to the bathroom, flush with the wall so that it is as inconspicuous as possible and does not break with its design. The bathroom has a very particular wall, since a large mirror forms the finish of it, integrating tools such as the taps, the cistern and water shut-off points into the same mirror.

The flooring has been formed using a wood-effect vinyl covering that unifies the different interior spaces that make up the home.

The result of this project is two Loft-type homes, equipped with everything necessary to be a great home, functional, comfortable and spacious.
