This small residential area of 8 flats is located in road CV-370, which connects both towns Villamarchante and Pedralba, an area with all mai services to enjoy and find a balance with family life.
The project is inserted in the middle of connection way to the town, in an area of heterogeneous buildings.
This is an structure of 8 flats and it seeks to get best results by innovating with design and building techniques.
The housing development consists of two flats with 1 and 2 bedrooms in the ground floor od the building; three more apartments of also 1 and 2 bedrooms in the first floor; one apartment of 1 bedrooms and two duplex of 2 and 3 bedrooms in upper floors. Each house comes as well with one storage room located in the garage, accessible by lift.
