Turia Residential, in Villamarchante

This project solves the geometry of the chamfer included by official order street plannings.  The building, located in one of the access to Villamarchante from the town of Pedralba, becomes ar urban reference.

A unique piece of stairs and one lift works to 7 flats per floor (plus two more in the ground floor), with almost all living rooms facing the street. Common areas have a lot of natural light as well, which comes from a central courtyard, which geometry depends on the access to the own flats.

We made it for the apartments to face a larger part of the façade, with a major advantage regarding natural light, air circulation and independence.
