REMODELLING IN VALENCIA #WORKINPROGRESS
We are back with hot news, as things are on fire with the beginning of a warm August! Today we take a tour through some of our works and projects that are being carried out and where we can find a perfect mix of Nordic, vintage and modern styles. The result? Welcoming and stylish homes. Shall you walk with us? The tour just starts!
REMODELLING LM, IN RUZAFA NEIGHBOURHOOD
We are refurbishing this apartment located in Puerto Rico Street, in the heart of Ruzafa neighbourhood. You can check out more projects in the city centre of Valencia, such Apartment LA, in Gran Vía St. On this occasion, this place had been left empty useless for 40 years, now on dilapidated conditions.
Our goal here consists of removing separated rooms of the apartment, creating a sole main space of living-dining room-kitchen, to enlarge the place and make it clearer with light and air from Puerto Rico street façade. This way, the daily area faces completely outside, counting at the same time with a common coutyard that allows to obtain a healthy crosswise air circulation.
We are right in the middle of the job! Keep tuned because the result is going to be simply amazing.
APARTAMENT MA, IN LES PALMERES
We move now to the beach, eager to take a dip, where we can tell that we are about to finish another of our projects in Les Palmeres. This is not the first time we work there, as you can see in Apartment AP, Les Palmeres. Now we are working tireslessly in a beautiful seaside apartment to finish everything before summer.
It is a bright and bold place, ocean view, that teaches us every change is possible once you dear to remodel. The kitchen has been completely renewed, with large porcelain ceramic pavement simulating wood, which provides a warm surface that unifies and brings light to the whole house. As for the bathroom, after a radical change, it has turned now into a restrained and subtle space.
ATTIC TE, IN ALBORAYA
Only a few days have gone by since we started the remodelling of this attic in Alboraya, an excellent place with a large 80 square meters terrace in the upper floor to be enjoyed in the summer days.
Our intervention at this work spins around of creating a covered space in the top floor, so the family can chill and enjoy any moment with friends… In this new place, open facing the terrace, we have added large picture windows, from floor to ceiling, making possible to enjoy the surroundings.
A breath of fresh air floods all the house from the first floor, after replacing former pavement by vinyl parquet flooring with a higher resistance to humity. Bathrooms have been completely renewed, now made more accessible, with a new fresh air and many more little details that we will be able to show you very soon.
APARTAMENT EL, IN LA ZAIDIA
We had started the week just as we like it most, with a new project! One of those works where the result is going to be amazing just by little changes. A modern way of saying “Less is more” by Mies Van Der Rohe, but this time with no limits to decor, just to the unnecessary.
The kitchen has a cosmopolitan style, mixing modern and noble materials, with lacquered wood and pavement in vinyl honey oak coloured parquet that is extended to the rest of the flat, in order to create the spatial unity needed fot this kind of living. Bathrooms are simply impressive and turn this apartment in a treat for the senses. We are delighted to start this project.
ATTIC AA, PATERNA
This time we are working on the crucial renewal of a beautiful attic located in Casas Verdes, Paterna. It is a work in progress, where time is a key point. The 130 square meters property, plus a 150 m2 terrace, is a true wonder.
With a common space shared by living, dining room and kitchen, this huge space welcomes us right when entering the flat, with windows pointing north and south. Such powerful and bright place needs little to be decorated. We have bet on white, neutral colors and simple and timeless wooden grey coloured furnitures. Large porcelain ceramic pavement has also been added, and flowing towards outside makes you feel this apartment never ends.
As happy as we can be with this project!
INTERIOR DESIGN IN CORTES VALENCIANAS
We are in fact in the middle of the adaptation process of this house for our beloved clients trying to enlarge storage space og this new purchase. A wonderful house located in an amazing residential area just few metres away from Valencia city center.

INTERIOR DESIGN IN LA RAIOSA
As last, we get immersed in the interior design of this flat, already remodelled by our studio some years ago, Apartment SA, in La Raiosa. The owners need their home to talk out loud about their personality through furnitures and every detail.
We have started furnishing and decor pointing out most typical activities of life at home. This way, we will make interior design work as a link of a family space, subtly defining limits and reinforcing usefulness of every space without the need of separating each one. Do not miss the change!
